Check-In and Check-Out Policies
Check-In and Check-Out Times:Guests are required to check in and check out within the times specified in the booking confirmation. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
Identification: All guests must provide valid photo identification upon check-in, such as a government-issued ID or passport.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Respectful Behavior: We strive to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Raahi Hospitality property, and repair costs may be billed to the guest responsible.
Health and Safety: Guests should follow all safety instructions provided for any activity, especially adventure activities like camping and rafting. Raahi Hospitality is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines.
Liability and Disclaimers
Third-Party Services: Some activities, such as transportation and adventure sports, may be provided by third-party vendors. Raahi Hospitality is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to third-party services.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or any unforeseen events beyond our control, Raahi Hospitality reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. Refunds or rebookings will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Limited Liability: Raahi Hospitality’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or activity.
